My property viewing experience could best be described as very mixed, to say the least. Compliments to Lilley for providing comprehensive details during viewings and making good suggestions regarding possible suitable alternative properties to view. We have usedBrennan,Ayre O’neill in the past and didn’t hesitate to use them again, you really couldn’t be in better hands. From start to finish they were on hand with any help and guidance needed. Toms vast knowledge and experience in an ever changing property market is second to none, he is realistic in his valuations and he was pretty much spot on with ours, what can we say, Tom knows his stuff Within days we had 2 viewings and 2 offers and that was pretty much it. He is surrounded by a fantastic team, our thanks to Sandy, Deb, Chloe special thanks to the amazing Emma, who was so knowledgeable and soo supportive throughout, she was the glue who held everything together and we can’t thank her enough. A family member were so impressed with the service we received from Brennan, Ayre,O’neill that they decided to use them too.. They are award winners for a reason and we can’t thank them enough.

My Mum was selling her property and on her behalf, I liaised with Tom and his Team at Bromborough regularly and I have nothing but praise and sincere thanks for the way they handled everything. Right from his first visit, we felt Tom was working hard on Mum's behalf: his suggestions and subsequent discussions were fruitful and he listened and took on board any concerns we had. When a change in circumstance meant that we had to leave the viewings in his hands, we were not only happy to do so but confident that he had our best interests at heart. The communication following each viewing was excellent and it continued to be so throughout the whole process. I would recommend without any hesitation at all.

Thank you to all the team for all your help with my daughter's first home. It's been nearly 30 years since I bought a house and I couldn't even remember the process!! They kept me up-to-date and informed me of everything I needed to do. Nothing was too much trouble. She got the keys 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier.
